Day 1 | Goals, desires and mission
On the first day you will immediately start practicing your coaching skills. Quickly learn the difference between a consultation and a coaching conversation. You'll get a clear overview of the skills you need to master to be a good trainer. At the end of the day you have answers to the questions: Who are you as a coach and who do you want to be as a coach?
Day 2 | Have a good coaching conversation
On day two you will be provided with the most powerful training tools we could find and you can start practicing with them right away. You will receive explanations on topics such as different listening levels, powerful questions and the initial consultation. Therefore, the second day is all about practice, practice and practice. A fun and intense day.
Day 3 | countries and countries
The final day is all about landing and grounding for you and the client. You will learn how to better deal with resistance in a conversation and how a conversation is not going well. You also talk about your own limiting beliefs and practice using in-depth training methods like levels of logic. You end the day feeling confident in your newly learned skills.

During the Foundation training you will learn about the GORT training model in which you will balance “Thinking, Feeling and Action”. You have the opportunity to work with the foundation of coaching principles such as awareness and insight, responsibility and sharing, equal dignity and a focus on results. As a participant, you reflect on your learning experiences.
The split between practice and theory is approx. 75%/25%. We believe in a practical and experiential approach.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Consumption:After you have registered, you will have an admissions interview with our training advisor. At this meeting you can express all your wishes and expectations and have time to discuss how you can successfully complete this training.
High-level training:Due to the high level of training, we think it is important that you, as a participant, can work or think at a higher professional level. Of course, it is important that you are motivated to follow this course and to complete it successfully - enthusiasm for learning, empathy and critical thinking are valuable qualities!

The total study load of the Foundation's coaching program is 28 hours.
- Training hours (contact hours): 18 hours

DIPLOMA & EXAMINATION
After participating in the basic course, you will master basic coaching skills that will immediately take you on a wonderful first step towards becoming a professional coach. We distinguish between a certificate of participation and a diploma.
When will you receive a confirmation of participation?You will receive a certificate of attendance for the Foundation training from us if you were present on the training days.
When will you receive the internationally recognized NOBCO/EQA entry diploma?After passing the exam, you will receive the internationally recognized NOBCO/EQA entry-level diploma. The exam consists of conducting two coaching sessions of at least 1 hour with a test coachee and writing a reflection report according to a defined format. A re-examination is rare, but can be carried out for an additional charge of 150.00
A diploma from the basic course (Part 1) gives access to our Practitioner Coach course.

Become a professional trainer
This coaching training is the basis for applying for the NOBCO EIA Foundation seal of quality. You will receive a certificate of participation from the GORT Training Foundation for Coaches and an internationally recognized NOBCO/EQA entry certificate, which you can use to start the process in the NOBCO.
Become a professional trainerWould you like to become a professional trainer?Then take a look at the training of practitioners.
The luxury variant:You can request help in obtaining the recognized interlaboratory test certificate. They facilitate the later certification as EIA Foundation Trainer. You will then receive 1 hour of additional guidance (e.g. with your report or a specific methodology). Additional help costs €150 and is often requested by busy professionals who have less time to figure it all out on their own.
